Simple purity are words that can best describe the work entitled "Mitosis" by Drew McRitchie on a planetary level, he has chosen to examine the grandeur of the microscopic world. Focusing on only one molecule, Mc Ritchie elevates it to the super-real, a level that can only be examined with the most powerful of microscopes. Upon first glance however, one may confuse this image with a planet and orbiting satellite. Regardless of its interpretation, an air of serenity and calm are bestowed upon this work.
